About Dr. Rachel Toledano
 

Dr. Rachel Toledano is a caring and experienced clinical psychologist who has been supporting individuals and couples for over 20 years. She understands that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and she is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, respected, and understood.

Throughout her career, Dr. Toledano has worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, addictions, stress, and relationship difficulties. She has also spent much of her time supporting first responders, veterans, and others in high-pressure roles, helping them find strength, balance, and hope.

 

Dr. Toledano earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University and has been a licensed member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec since 2002. Fluent in both English and French, she combines professional expertise with compassion, offering care that is both evidence-based and deeply personal. Her goal is to walk alongside each client on their journey toward healing and lasting well-being.

Dr. Rachel Toledano, Ph.D. is a senior clinical psychologist and executive leader with more than two decades of experience advancing mental health, addictions treatment, and digital innovation in healthcare. She is nationally recognized for her pioneering work in measurement-based care and AI-enabled clinical programs that expand access, improve outcomes, and raise standards of care across large, multi-site organizations.

Dr. Toledano currently runs her private practice and also serves as Consulting Senior Psychologist at EHN Nouveau Départ in Montreal, where she provides clinical supervision, ensures best-practice adherence, and fosters professional development for psychologists working with diverse patient populations. Until recently, she was the National Director of Clinical Services & Strategy at Edgewood Health Network (EHN) Canada, where she spearheaded the design and implementation of unified national treatment guidelines, strengthened the Guardians programs for military, veterans, and first responders, and led Accreditation Canada compliance across all sites to reinforce national clinical excellence.

Her executive leadership also extends into the digital health sector. As Vice President of Clinical Services at Inkblot Therapy (GreenShield Health+), Dr. Toledano directed clinical operations, participated in the digital transformation of GreenShield’s national platform, and represented the organization as a thought leader in media and conferences.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Toledano held senior roles at Homewood Health, where she led specialized trauma and depression care programs, trained and supervised clinical managers nationwide, and partnered with corporate clients to deliver workplace wellness solutions. Her international experience includes over a decade of clinical practice, consulting, and leadership across Canada, France, Belgium, and the United States—ranging from hospital-based psychotherapy at the Montreal General Hospital to clinical trial assessments in New Jersey with MedAvante.

Dr. Toledano is also an Executive Member-at-Large of the Canadian Psychological Association’s Psychopharmacology Section, contributing national leadership on clinical and research developments. Alongside her institutional leadership, she has maintained a private practice for over a decade, offering executive coaching, psychotherapy, and consulting on digital innovation strategies.

Fluent in English and French, she earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University and has been a licensed member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec since 2002. Her expertise spans clinical governance, outcome tracking, accreditation, AI-driven mental health innovation, and trauma-informed care for safety-sensitive populations.
